Dehesa de los Canonigos introduces two new selections of wine to our table

Dehesa de los Canonigos presents Crianza 2007 and their long awaited Reserva 2005 to be enjoyed just in time for our fall gastronomy. Dehesa de los Canonigos, Crianza 2007 is the perfect combination of Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon, which after 18 years of fermenting in an American Oak barrel has reached its optimal point. Wine Tasting Notes A deep cherry color. Strong aroma, where the scent of ripe fruit and a touch of licorice and creamy oak are well-balanced, link together to make this pleasant arrangement. The wine has a well established body, surrounded by dignified tannins. Its finish has an attractive presence similar to chocolate, which adds a wonderful sensation to the palate that refreshes its refined senses. Limited production 138,487 at 750 mL.
